Homebound Senior Meals

Home delivered meals to hungry, homebound seniors, age 60 and older, through Meals on Wheels program. CACOST joins the national movement to end senior hunger by serving our communities in South Texas. Learn more about our Meals on Wheels program for seniors.

Community Health Center

CACOST makes healthcare affordable and accessible for families through the enrollment plan and the multiple locations of health centers in South Texas. Services include: Pediatrics, Dental, Mental Health, Women’s, Family, and Pharmaceutical. Learn more about our Community Health Center.

Project Ninos ECI Program

Statewide program for families with children, birth to three years old, with disabilities and developmental delays. ECI supports families to help their children reach their potential through developmental services. Learn more about our Project Niños ECI Program.

Housing for Texas Heroes

CACOST is proud of the Veteran’s rental assistance program assisting Veteran households with rental and security deposits. Eligibility is based upon the Household’s income, unit selected, and the applicable rent. Learn more about our Housing4Texas Heroes Program for veterans.

Feeding Hungry Children

Partnering with the Texas Department of Agriculture, CACOST provides breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack to children enrolled in our Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Learn more about our Head Start and Early Start programs.
