What does the program do?
CACOST makes healthcare affordable and accessible for families through the enrollment plan and the multiple locations of health centers in South Texas. Services include: Pediatrics, Dental, Mental Health, Women’s, Family, and Pharmaceutical.

Individuals and families who enroll benefit from the program.

What areas/counties are covered by this program?
Services are provided in Bee, Brooks, Jim Wells, Kleberg, and San Patricio Counties.

When does a person qualify for the program?
A person qualifies after they enroll at one of the health centers.

How does an individual enroll in the program?
Enrollment offices are located in every health center for easy access to medical assistance.

Additional information about the program:
Our health centers also accept most private insurances, Superior Health Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP.
