Invitation to submit Expression of Interest and proposals for interior painting work, drywall and finishing.
Community Action Corporation of South Texas (CACOST) is requesting proposals for contract(s) for sheetrock, painting, minor repair (patch work) and finishing of the second floor storage room area. Work location is the Mullen Building at 204 E. Fist St Alice Texas. The work will consist of labor, materials and all associated painting supplies, sheetrock and finishing. All contractors will provide proof general liability insurance of $100,000.00 or greater. All debris generated will be disposed of in a proper manner by the contractor. Contractors must comply with all Davis Bacon act requirements and be able to provide a certified payroll reports every pay period.
Proposals will be sealed stamped do not open and received by Paul Arebalo; no later than 5:00 pm on 2/17/2012 at CACOST, 204 E. First Alice, TX 78333,
