Job Posting: Nutrition Aide

Location: Alice, Hebbronville and Aransas Pass, Texas

REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or the equivalent; must have a valid Texas driver’s license and a safe driving record. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required. Prefer a person with prior experience in food preparation. Must be able to obtain a health card and a food handler’s permit and pass a pre-employment physical and a criminal background check.

General Duties:  Assists in the preparation and packaging of meals and delivers food to centers and meals to homebound clients. Assist with maintaining the kitchen and center clean.   Performs vehicle inspections for proper maintenance and assists in keeping vehicles clean.  Maintains data on services provided.
